As a Building Designer I knew nothing about this new craze of 3D cloud scanning, until I meet Majid Doost in 2017 when he scanned our first existing commercial building project. We were so impressed with the quality of his work. His level of professionalism is second to none, he explained what he could do for us point by point. From scanning the job we received drawn plans, elevations and sections of the building, which meant it cut 60% of your work load, and we were able to complete the project in half the time. He also produced contours on the existing internal slab, so that the builders could give that information to their tile subcontractor, so that they know where the highs and lows were within the slab before starting on the job. We have used Majid (Scan Tech Surveyors) ever since on other projects, and we will continue using his services. Scantech recently carried out a point cloud and feature survey for me for a residential project and it was the best experience of a surveyor I've ever had. I was really impressed by them. The cost was very reasonable and I was really happy with the quality and detail of the information, but Majid was also extremely helpful and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
