We recently subdivided our property and we were very happy with the advice and professional services that Dion at Surveying Solutions WA provided for us and helped us complete our project.

I have used Surveying Solutions WA for my last 6 projects.The reason is that I was impressed with their level of service, prompt response and reasonably priced on the first project that I did not hesitate to engage them on my other projects.I have a rural property just west of Toodyay and they have been able to provide me with site plans to submit to the shire, levels from a bore to proposed water tank (ensuring the total head from the pump did not exceed the height of the water tank), and set down levels between 2 sea containers and the calculated roof pitch, all necessary requirements to be submitted to the shire for building approval.I have used them to re-peg my boundary of my house in Edgewater so that we could get the correct set back for a new patio.As well I recommended Surveying Solutions WA to my neighbour who had an underground power issue on a recently subdivided strata lot.They were able to come up with a solution enabling my neighbour to obtain a second point of supply from Western Power. This solution saved my neighbour a considerable amount in connection costs.From all my dealings with Surveying Solutions WA I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring a land surveyor.Colin.
